Addiction Treatment Facility (ATF) Hospicio SGDH as commenced from May 2022 in the department of Psychiatry. It has started in Collaboration with National Drug Dependent Centre NDDTC AIIMS New Delhi under Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment. Our ATF Centre has been structured in a way, which is headed by the Nodal Officer and the other staff members such as one Medical Officer, one Counsellor, one nursing staff and one Data Manager. Here at our Centre, we offers a range of evidence based management that includes detoxification, long term maintenance therapy, individual, group and family counselling, relapse prevention therapy and aftercare support. The current new patient’s average flow on OPD basis is around 30-40 per month. In view of better treatment, guidance and a successful recovery . Our center also takes the accountability through regular follow-ups of the patients, providing medicine dispensing on daily or weekly basis accompanied by counselling sessions and relapse prevention programs if required. . We regularly conduct mental health awareness program and campaign at various places. We also conduct liaisons with the other department to increase the awareness and treatment facilities through ATF.
